Dear sir,
I am writing to you to inform you about an accident I had while driving a car which I rented from your agency. Allow me to elaborate.
I hired a sedan with license plate number 0098784 from your Dekalb showroom on October 28, 2018 for 15 days as I planned for a road trip to Newyork. On Saturday night, when I was driving on the I-97 highway, which was entirely covered in snow due to a blizzard, the car lost balance and went off road. Although me and my friend who was also with me were safe, the car suffered some minor damages to the front bumper and the left tail-light. After this happened, I immediately called the car's insurance company and informed them of this tragedy and luckily they said that they will give a full insurance coverage as there were multiple accidents reported that night on that highway.
Thus, I hope you understand my situation and donot give me negative points as it will make hiring cars from your agency difficult for me in the future.
