Dear Ms Smith,
I am writing in relation to requested suggestions for improvement of the library.
First of all, I really appreciate reading and performing research in books and academic journals. Great resources are widely available in our local public library, it assures me to create excellent lectures to inspire and inform my students.
Nevertheless, there are some annoying circumstances that could be avoided such as queues. It is very disappointing to spend a lot of time waiting. Besides, almost all library's area is wide enough but unfortunately children's space and collection are so reduced therefore is always crowded.
I suggest that you hire more employees to help at attendance in order to reduce waiting time. Moreover, I would be grateful if kid's area were refurbished and expanded. It has been asked by parents for a long time. Furthermore, owning a cafeteria would be an appropriate enhancement.
I would appreciate your time and attention to these suggestions. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Yours sincerely,
Anna Chandler

Dear Mr. Jamil, At the…
Dear Mr. Jamil,
At the outset, I would like to thank you for your thoughtful initiative to receive comments for necessary improvement of the library.
I am a frequent goer to your library for last 12 years and I love to spend my time to be there for diving into the realm of knowledge. Furthermore, my children are also very fond of books.
However, some improvements may be considered by you to ensure better services which I am sharing with this letter for your kind perusal.
First of all, the entrance of the library should be reconstructed as it has seriously damaged. If you feel it necessary, I may request some affluent members of the library to come forward and extend necessary financial support for the purpose. Secondly, all the staffs are also not cordial and some of them even do not have any idea of the sections in the library where the particular books are kept. Hence, all the staffs need to be well trained so that there will be no problem for the readers at all. A well equipped cafeteria will not only earn the revenue for the library but also cater the needs for the readers. You may consider to take an initiative for setting up of the same.
The above are my suggestions so far I can recollect at this shortest possible time. Anyway, you are always welcome to discuss any further issues that you deem appropriate for the library.
Assure my fullest support all the time.
Sincerely yours,
Sayedur
