This can be related to some reasons, firstly, some humans think that the negative energy could channel through the other residents. For example, if there was a murder accident, they believed that this criminal accident could happen again. Moreover, some human beings tend to know their dwelling’s age so that they would know if the money that they are paying for this place is worthing or not since this process is an investment for them.
On the other hand, there are few methods which can help human beings during their research stage. Put simply, in this era with the develop technology, they could reach everything online. For instance, these days, with a press of a button individuals might see everything related to their house address in the digital news. Furthermore, dwellers could visit real estate offices and detect all the information they desire about the building’s history and the materials that were used in the building process.
