TPO-29 - Independent Writing Task Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? To improve the quality of education, universities should spend money on salaries university professors. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

Nowadays, university professors are considered one of the most important aspects in the educational field. They are playing an important role in the whole society. Recently, I am sure that many people prefer the universities to increase the professor's salaries. While others might disagree. However, when it comes to me I actually agree that it is very necessary to provide the universities professors with high salary for two important reasons which, I will demonstrate in the following essay.

To begin with, high salaries will motivate the professors. Professors play a critical role in the student's lives. The professors can help students to do their best to graduate with very high scores which will help the whole society. For example, the universities here in my whom town appreciate the professor efforts. In addition, all the universities give huge amount of money to the professor. So, the professors are so motivated and energized to do their best for students. For instance, the professors in my college use tremendous ways of technology to improve the student's skills like computer skills, and communications skills. They try to get the students so excited by using the computers during the classrooms and make a conference meeting with other students all over the world. As a result, students became so talented and well prepared for the future. In addition, this will improve the whole society. This experience taught me that when the professors take good salaries they will be creative and do great effort. Consequently, they will be so professionals and the education level will be in efficient manner.

In addition, good salary will encourage professors to spend more time with students. Students spend long time in camps and lectures before their graduation and starting their careers. Besides, they need their professor help to be well prepared for their practical lives. For instance, my brother graduated from the medical school from Italy. He told me that the professors over there paid so well. So, the professors are willing to spend as much as they can with students to get them ready for their future. This is because the university appreciates their efforts. In additions, he states that when he was working on his graduation assignment, his professor spend with him like one moth helping him to get the materials for the graduation project. Furthermore, he gave him helpful advice about how he can select the topic for that project. As a result, he graduated with very high score. As you can see, when university give a good salary for professors, they can invest their time with students. Consequently, students will get ready for their future with high skills.

In sum, I believe that universities should spend money on salaries for all university professors. This is because this will motivate the professors, and this will help professors to spend extra time with their students

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
