From the past few years, life has changed dramatically. In this pace of change, there is fervor debate that youngster should have ability to plan and organize in order to meet their goals. Some people believe that it is not so necessary for youngster to come up with plan, whereas some people argue that young people must come up with new scheme. Youngster, in my opinion, should have ability to plan and organize due to ensuing reasons.
To begin with, world, nowadays, is becoming small due to advent of cutting-edge technology in transportation and communication. So there are various factors and various person which can cause impact on other people. For example, breach of trade relationship with countries such as United states and China can cause people unemployment, even though many people may be indirectly related to it. Thus to prevent such tribulation, young people should know about the current events, make a plan according to what is happening around the world, so they can perform any endeavor efficiently and successfully. For example, my cousin Ram wanted to open a fancy store, he discussed with me along with many friends and family members, because he have to come up with plan to make his undertaking go smoothly. So we consulted about various trade relation between India and China, which route to take and means of transportation while moving the items. In fact, making a plan and ability to organize according to it, made such task to undertook so smoothly while compared to other peers without any efficient plan.
Moreover, increased competition may be another reason to encourage youngster to come up with plan. As we know, with increase in population, there is increase in sense of competitiveness among young people. Many youngster try hard to get lucrative jobs position. So in order to out compete these competitors, one have to think smartly, make an efficient plan and organized it in a feasible way. There is a maxim " try not harder, but think smarter". We can see, for example, many bank, now, are coming up with new policy and plans to uplift their growth because there are too high number of Banks in Nepal. The bank who plans more efficiently is more likely to go through the success.
Third, The increase in knowledge among the youngster may cause youngster to summon the plan. Through the use of internet, people can gain vast knowledge about any entrepreneurship or business. So, If you are planning to business, then
why not to look through the various web sites which enable our capacity. It is like giving valuable information in a cheaper way. Thus, if other are using these knowledge for their endeavor, then one naive youngster must also use such knowledge so he can maintains the standard, gained by his peer.
In conclusion, Some people believe not to come with organized plan for youngster, but I don't. Due to increase in competition, various influencing factors and increased knowledge among people, young people are required to come up with plan. Therefore, I insist youngsters should have an ability to come up with scheme and also have capacity to organize the scheme,
