Both writer and lecturer focus on solving the problem of declining frog populations. Writer claims that many frog species gradually drop down their population by pesticides, fungus, threatened natural habitats. However, lecturer opposes all of assurances.
First, while writer states that pesticides for farmlands where frogs live in cause frogs breathing problems, lecturer believes that frog therting species are not practically an economic way. She explains that
Secondly, writer asserts that frogs are being harmed by the fungus which makes them die of dehydration. However, lecturer counters by standing that farmers have to capture frogs for using the fungus. she advances the arrangement saying that their offsprings are uncounterable numbers of species. Thus, they must take it them one by one. It is so high cost for them to treat it.
Finally, the reading points out frog populations are going down by threatened natural habitats. the lecture discredits this by arguing that the real thread of frog species is caused by global warming. She adds that global warming causes water areas to drought and trigger endangered species. Therefore, once people build their building by destroying frogs’ habits, this action does not affect the population of frogs.
