The reading and the lecture are both about archaelogy in The United Kingdom. The author of reading belives that archaelogiest struggling with the several limitation therefore it brings about some problem for researchs and exavation. The lecturer cast doubt on the claim made in the article. She think that these arguments does not reflect the fact that.

First of all, the author points out that many valuable artifacts were lost to construction project especially because of growing populations. Therefore, it did not preserve the artifacts. This point is challanged by the lecturer. She says that before exavation archaelogiest make plan to preserve construction. Furthermore, she argues that they aware of this situation therefore they behave very carefully.

Secondly, the author contends that archaelologist do not have enough financial support to continue their work. They are just supported by goverment. The lecturer rebuts this argument. She suggest that support is not given by goverment, it is given by construction company. She eleborates this by mentioning that these companies support all part of research and cary out with much more great range than before.

Finally, the author states that archaelogist have career in the future because there is not sufficient job to apply just universities and a few goverment agencies hire them. The lecturer, on the other hand, posist that they work all stages of the project like planing therefore goverment and universities need more arhaelogists. She eleborates this by mentioning that they are paid much more money than before and employment rate is on the highest point right now.

In conclusion, the lecturer effectively casts doubt on all of the claims and theories presented in the reading.
