I disagree with allocate equal budget to all parts of the universities and college such as sport and social activities similar to classes and libraries. In my opinion the most important issue in an academic places which people go to improve their knowledge and prepare to future career is providing those goal's requirements.
First, university and college play a important role in people's life which, affect all aspects of their life specially future career and financial matters. When a person inter a university and study a major they should to study hard and learn good courses to reach their goals so a universities with high facilities help them to reach their goal sooner.
Second, sometimes students need to use more resources for an specific courses Since all student haven't enough moneys to buy additional book, DVD, CD and other study resources they can borrow them of library. An universities and college with good since sources and equipment can help students to improve their abilities. Although sports and social activities such as: art group, music instrument playing, participate in football or basketball team are useful for students and help them to conserve their physical, emotional and psychological health but the first priority is study.
Finally, students can have these activities in another places with own financial and let universes to improve academic Facilities. For instance last i studied in an university where have few sports and other by-side facilities instead have high level academic feasibility and good library sources. Some students decided to sport for mind relaxation on the other hand they didn't want to go pool in common people shift so they collect moneys and rent an afternoon shift of a pool near university four days each weak. They could have good sports activities on the other hand a high academic facilities.
