Do you mean if I talk a little bit slower, then I can get 40 in 40 ???

I sent this file for expereinced TOEFL teacher he always says "Do not use personal example."

Yes, you may use less personal experience. But when you don't have something to talk about, still you can use personal experience. It is not a fixed rule.
