Please let me know that "Learning computer" is not an accomplishment but "become the master of computer" is accomplishment.

'Learning computer' is on the process, not a accomplishment yet. while 'master of computer' means you have reached something like a goal.

another example,
learning driving ---not an accomplishment
got a drive license ---yet, an accomplishment
