Keep a 'big' picture in your mind always. Don't talk randomly.

Suppose you are going to talk in 60 seconds:

first 1-2 sentences: introduction. my opinion: A or B. agree or disagree. about 5-10 seconds
First, reason 1 and the example: about 15 seconds
Second, reason 2 and the example: about 15 seconds
Third, reason 3 and the example: about 15 seconds
Conclusion: 1-2 sentence.(5-10 seconds, it is optional)

You can talk two reasons but put more seconds.
