I am sorry but I cannot find a templete for this type of questions.
How much time should I devote to the text? How should I show my ability to combine information from the passage and the audio in a meaningful answer?
I am sorry I get lost on this kind of questions.

Try this pattern for Q3:

Introduction. something like '....and provide two reasons to support'. about 15-20 seconds. The content is from reading

Reason 1, blabla... about 20 seconds . The content is from lecture

Reason 2, blabla... about 20 seconds. The content is from lecture

let's analyze a sample:

The author of the letter is opposing the school’s plan of putting a new sculpture on campus, because it’s too expensive and it takes up too much public space. In the conversation, the woman disagrees with the opinion stated in the letter. //Introduction

First of all, the school isn’t spending any money toward the sculpture, a donor is paying the bill. She thinks it’s nice to have some art on campus. //Reason 1

Second, she says that Paul is disagreeing with the plan for he and his friends are always playing soccer at where the sculpture will be. It’s inconvenient for him and his friends, that they’ll have to find somewhere else to play. //Reason 2
