Well firstly, we have to go to work inorder to make a living because in the future society we need to have money to live and make a career.
Secondly, we work to get more experience from others and you can give some of yours to the other too. Also you need to work inorder to get money to buy personal things like toothbrush, towels, toothpastes, ....
