Suggestions for English listening

There are two ways to improve your listening: extensive listening and intensive listening.

Extensive listening means any listening activies like listening to radio , or other people's talk.

Intensive listening need you focus on special listening practice.For example, if you need to pass TOEFL test, you need to practise TOEFL listening tests.
