about exercise
According to most doctors, adults need thirty minutes of physical activity at least five days a week to be healthy. However, most adults do not get this recommended amount of exercise. This is a question from my school. I think to help them get the exercicse they need, they should make a plan or an intention. For instance: " You are on a diet then go to the gym; you like to dance then dance; you want to be healthier then do some exercises; you scared your boyfriend will tell you fat then go on a diet; etc" If you don't work out the issue will be more worse than you think. This is the disadvantages of obesity: you will a bit ugly so because of your look you will hard to havAe work; if you are on an obesity for too long your skin will be stretching until you can lose weight you will have to cost some money to remove your excess skin. So if you don't want to be like that the be hard- working and be healthy too. There is a sentence my friend said I was very moved: "Nobody is ugly, they just don't know how to take care of themselves". I hope you will learn more from this. Thank you for listening.
