In schools, apart from studying, playing sports in a group are also a compulsory subject to learn. Team sports like soccer and rugby are widely played. In here, we are going to examine a numbers of benefits of playing sports in a team and how can children be affected in their later lives.

Doing physical activities in a group not only can train students to have a good health but also keep their brain being active. Besides, through group physical activities, individual learns to be a team player in a group co-operation and also be responsible in roles which have assigned to them individually. Therefore, sports not only can improve our health conditions but also can alleviate our mentality conditions.

Once children take up a sport as a hobby, they may exercise consistently and sometimes, it may lead to long-lasting life. An illustration of that is a person with regular exercise might still be able to walk properly in their age of 70 compared to those people who lack of exercise. Also, they will utilize what they have learned on sport to help them especially team work and responsibility. Those two skills are important for an organization when they are working for others. Last but not least, group sports also can create a work opportunity for someone to represent a country to participate in a match competition to win a tournament and stimulates a country’s economics.

In conclusion, playing sports in a team brings a lot of benefits to children, leading them for being prepared for their future as well as staying healthy.
