The most striking feature from the pie chart is the teacher’s salary has the biggest percentage of spending fund in the last two decades. Furthermore, in, 1981, proportion of teacher’s salary is 40%. the teacher’s salary had been increased by 25% between 1981 and 1991, while had downward trend form 1991 to 2001 become 45%. The total spending fund for furniture alse had decreased trend in the first decade but increased in secon decades. In 1981, the percentage of insurance was 2%, but in 2001, it increased four times, become 8%. On the other hand, the salary of other workers was decrease around a half, from 28% in 1981 to 15% in 2001.

Overall, the total spendeing fund ore mostly caused by salary of worker, such as teacher and other worker. For the last two decades, the salary of teacher always exceed or equal to 40%, while the insurance always excess 10%.
