There is no dobout about brand but I am very surprised to found out that phone is not going on silent mode as well as I am uable to change ringtones. Once I was in prayer hall and phone was in silent mode but its ringing to loudly. It was horrible situation for me because i thought my phone was in silent mode. Later, I tried to change ringtone but its not worth.Phone was hang so I have to switch off and on.
As you know i got 2 years waranty so I can replace my phone but I want another model of same brand to do that I am really appriciate your effort.
If it is possible for you to replace my phone I am greatfull beacause this phone has no sound system working. I am looking forward to your reply.
