The bar chart gives information about the kinds of news sources used by various age groups in a particular country in 2011.
In general, it can be seen that radio is the most common source of news for all ages, expecting 10-17-year-old people, while micro-blogging accounted for the lowest figure on the chart. People between the ages of 18 and 29 access media the most among age groups.
80% of people who were under 28 years old got their news from social networks, while this figure dropped dramatically to 45% for 30-49-year-olds and only 10% for the elderly age. The percentage of over-29-year-old people consumed news the most from listening radio, at 95% and 45% more than the young from 10-17 years old.
Micro-blogging was the least common news source in all age groups, but it is still popular with 10-17 and 18-29 years old. At 10-17 aged, people used social sites four times as much as micro-blogging, at 80% and 30% respectively. The figure had a gradual reduction from 25% to 2%. Social media regularity with under 18 while there was an opposite trend with the elderly.
