The bread making process
The given picture illustrates the steps in a production of bread in a bakery.
As can be seen from the process, it is clearly evident that the bread - making process involves a number of numerous stages. It begins with the processing of raw materials - water, sugar, yeast and end with the shape of bread.
At the beginning of the process, warm water and sugar poored into a vessel of yeast to be activated. Next, the first mixture and more water added with flour and salt, at which stage, dough is collected. Afterwards, the combination is kneaded during the period of 10 minutes to create a smooth and shiny blend.
In the next steps, the mixture is left to rise in a warm place from one to three hours. After this course, the blend is punched down to release air and is kneaded in a few minutes. In the final stage, shape loaves are created and they are risen for an hour oven 200 degree celcius from 10 to 15 minutes.
