Cell phone use in Brazil between 1996 and 2002

The line graph compares the changes in number of cell phone users include male,female and both sexes between 1996 and 2002 years.
Overall,the three types of cell phone users increased in given period.
The use of cell phone in men stood at 1500,while rate for women were at roughly 1600 in 1996.Then ,both male and female users peaked at 1800 by 1998.
There was moderate decrease to aproximately 1500 in quantity of women using cell phone from 1998 to 2000 years which was followed to grow gradually to 1900 by 2002.
The figure for men users dipped to 1500 in 1999 which lead to increase to 1800 by 2002 years.
According to number of both sexes using cell phone experienced growth to 3500 during the 1996 and 1998 before declining to 3200 in 2000.After that,it showed remarkebly upward trend to 3700 by 2002.
