The chart below gives information on the percentage of British people giving money to charity by age range for the years 1990 and 2010 Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant

This bar chart compares the percentage of UK residents aged 18 to 65 who give money to charities in the two separate yeas.

As for 1990, the age ,between 36 and 50 donors as the largest groups to reach the peak over 40%, between 51 and 65 people as the secondary donors that reach 35%. Furthermore, percentage for UK inhabitants to charity by offering money over 65 (32%) is match by these age from 26 to 35. Adversely, only 15% young between 18 and 25 contribute money for charity.

Concerning 2010, only three age groups of United Kingdom people afford funding to benevolent reached 30%, and they are all older than 35 years old. Different with 1990, register between 51 and 65 became the top, but no more than 40%. Moreover, the youngster were still lowest parts in UK as donors (5%).

Overall, in both years, UK residents aged 35 and over were the main contributors to charity compared to younger people . Also, between 1990 and 2010, the percentage of donors to the total population declined in UK .
