The line graph illustrates information on the percentage of British citizens in different age groups donating money to a charity in 1990 and 2010.

Overall, the age group 36 to 50 was the highest donator in 1990, while the dominant charity had been done by British people in the aged over 50 in 2010.

In 1990, nearly 16 percentage of British between 18 and 25 donated money to a charity and this figure was the lowest. Furthermore, there was an increasing percentage in the proportion of British citizens giving money, and it hit the peak at people who aged 36 to 50 and this ratio reached nearly above 40. In contrast, the percentage of Britishers giving money to charity gradually decreased. These percentages showed 35% for those aged 51 to 65 and 33% over 65 aged.

On the other hand, there was a significant decline in the British people who donated money in 2010. The highest level of donation was gained from 51 to 65 aged group and this rate experienced just below 40%. Moreover, the aged group over 65 had the second highest donation's number in the same year. However, the fewer younger donated to charity. This figure decreased from 16% to 6%, and was the highest level of decreasing. In addition, the donation of money had a similar trend between 26-35 and 36-50 aged group. These donation figures dropped 25% and 35%, respectively.
