This bar graph provides details about the comparison of fuel consumption in transportation between specified Europe countries and Europe average in 2009 and 2010.
Looking at the graph from an overall perspective, in both 2009 and 2010, Slovakia's used fuel proportion was the highest. On the contrary, the least percentage belonged to Greece.
Particularly, Slokavia's fuel consumption in 2009 nearly surpassed 90%, which is 21% higher than 2005 and 30% higher than the EU average. There was a rise in Italy’s figure, from 50% to 55% in 2005 . France experienced proportion at around 40% before a slight increase to 50% in 2010 . Australia remained stable in both survey periods, about 50% of the time. Furthermore, the amount of used fuel in Spain has slightly decreased to 30% in 2010. Although the percentage of fuel consumption in Greece jumped up to 20% in 2005, this figure was still the lowest.
