It is clear that tertiary education was most pupils admitted in developed countries between 1990 and 1998 while developing countries was lowest pupils admitted in over the 8 years period.
In 1990, developed countries were 105 and then it increased to 112 while developing countries were increased 9% over the some time in the tertiary education. However, in the secondary education, developed countries and developing countries went up 1% and 10% respectively.
Developing countries were 83% and then it rose to 4% between 1990 and 1998 while developed countries is grow up mildly 1% in primary education in 1990 and 1998.
