It is evident that in the UK, females overshadowed in pre-school and primary school teaching were 98% and 93% respectively. While males placement were hardly saw. Whereas, in the secondary school placement women and men were above and below 50% respectively.
However, the both genders of teachers were same amount of placement in college was 50%. In higher level education the men teachers placement were maximum compared to women. The amount males and females in private training institute were 57% and 53%. But inthe university the proportion of men was twofold that for women.
To sum up, the higher level of education the maximum male teachers dominated and the contrast occurred in the pre-secondary school where the female teachers were overshadowed in the UK in 2010.
