The chart describes the amount spent on consumer goods in sterling pounds by the given list of countries on different goods.
The given bar chart details the statistical information stating how much money(in thousand pounds sterling) is spent by Britain, France, Italy, and Germany on the purchase of six different products.
Looking from the overall perspective, it is readily apparent that with regard to all the products, Britain led the entire chart, followed next by France. However, Germany spent the least amount on all the given commodities.
According to the given illustration, close to 160 thousand pounds sterling was invested by Britain on the purchase of each of the goods, while the most invested item was the photographic film(nearly 170 thousand pounds sterling). Moving on to France, who reported as the next huge investor, spent more than 160 thousand pounds sterling on the film as compared to nearly 2 thousand pounds sterling fewer on cd's and toys each, and just below 150 on the rest of the stuff separately.
Furthermore, in the context of Italy and Germany, whilst the former witnessed similar spending(158 thousand pounds sterling) on toys and film as against marginally less on the others, with just 145 thousand pounds sterling, the latter ranked as the least investor among all the others.
