The bar chart demonstrates how often the USA habitants have the meal at fast food restaurants during the decade from 2003 to 2013. Overall, it is cleared that most residents ate junk food once per week or once to twice per month. And the patterns are similar among 2003, 2006 and 2013.

In 2003, about one fourth of the population ate fast food once per week; the proportion was roughly equal to the figure of the people who ate junk food once or twice per month. After 10 year, the later reached 33%, the highest figure in 2013, followed by the former which accounted for nearly 27%.

The percentage of people who ate fast food several times weekly reached 20% in 2006; however, the figures in other years were only 15%, which were closed to the figures of the individuals who ate fast food a few times a year during the investigations in the three years. It is also interesting to note that both percentages of residents who answered that they go to fast food restaurants every day and of those who had never been there were both less than 5% during the period.
