The chart shows the percentage change in the share of international students among university graduates in different Canada provinces between 2001 and 2006.
The bar graph depicts the proportion of overseas students who were studying in university of eight provinces of Canada for the year 2001 and 2006.
Overall, it can be manifested that the graduates in all the provinces had an increase during the five years and New Brownswick remain the top destination for the foreign students. Interestingly, the British Columbia was having the highest increase.
First of all, New Brunswick was the highest in both years which was 7% in initial year and it was over 10% in the last year whereas, Ontario was the lowest as 3% in 2001 which was doubled in final year but it still remained the lowest position. The percentage shares of students for Nova Scotia as 6% and British Columbia had 2% less of it after five years the figures increased and become similar at 11%.
Secondly, the province of Quebec and Alberta had almost same percentage change in the first year and it was around 5% where, it was overtaken from former having 8% and latter had 7%. The remaining two had identical trend.
