İmmediately after, urban unemployment rate saw %2 as sharply decreased and rural unemployment rate was around %5.5 in 3rd quarter. In end of the 4th quarter, people who lives in cities and rural regions had almost same unemployment rate by %4.5 and around %4.8 respectively.
