In the first, we can see, nearly half of the sodium is consumed for dinner while 29% of it is eaten for lunch. Using sodium in breakfast and snacks are the same. Their proportion is 14%.
In the second, likewise sodium, consuming the saturated fat for dinner is the most. It is 37%. saturated fat proportion is just over a quarter for lunch and proportions for snacks and breakfast are respectively 21% and 16%.
In the third, The most added sugar exists at snacks (42%) and just under a quarter is for lunch (23%). The proportions of lunch and breakfast are nearly the same, they are respectively 19% and 16%.
To sum up, according to the charts, the unhealthiest meals are dinner and snacks because there are the most harmful nutrients on them, otherwise, lunch and breakfast are the healthiest meals.
