The charts below show the main reasons for study among students of different age groups and the amount of support they receive from employers.

The first graph provides data about the reason why people decide to study, while the second graph shows the level of support given by their employer according to different age groups.

Overall, it can be clearly seen that the employer support is maximum for those who are under 26, whereas the number of students who study for career purposes is more higher for the younger age groups than for those who are over 49.

According to the first graph, about 80% of people under 26 are motivated to study for career reasons, and this figure tends to decline as they get older, decreasing to about 70% for the ages 26-29, 40% for the ages 40-49, and finally dropping to about 20% when students are over 49. On the other hand, study for interest increases with the ageing of the population, reaching the highest point at about 70% for those who are over 49.

In regard to the second bar chart, the figure stands at just over 60% for students under 26, and hits the low level of about 30%, when students are between 30 and 39 years old.
