The first chart shows students’ reason for studying according to a set of ages. While the second chart presents support given to employee by their ages. Students studying for career rockets as the support given by employer is also high. However the support given decreases when the employee ages further until 39 years old.
Students under 26 years old prefer to study for career more than for their interest by 70% as the support given by employers are above 60%. The percentage of support given then decreases to 50% as well as students who studies for career to 60% in the age of 26 to 29. By the age of 40 to 49, students’ percentage of reason to study for career and interest are the same, which is 40%. In the same range of age, the percentage of employer support increases by approximately 5% than in the age from 30 to 39.
Over the age of 49, students studying for interest reaches 70% while students studying for career drops to slightly below 20%. The percentage of support given to employee over the age of 49 raise up by 5%.
