The first bar graph illustrates the data of the different age ranges pupils study for their career and interest and the second graph depicts the expenditure for the students managed by the manager. Overall, it is obvious that the under 26 people, who study for their career has the most significant percentage, whilst the pupils of the same age group who were more likely to study for their interests only is resulted as the lowest rate.

Looking at the first bar chart details, the percentage records of under 26 age group had stood strikingly higher than other age sample about 80%, somehow, this percentage has shown dramatically plummeted approximately to 50% in the age range of over 49. Moreover, what is remarkable is the number of students who just enjoy to study has shown a gradual upsurge in the age group of 40-40. Consequently, this figure had conveyed sharply increased up to 70% at the end of over 49 age stage.

On the second bar chart, the level of investment and stimulates to the students from by boss has displayed the highest percentage for the students of under 26 up to 70%, however, this outline slightly decreased up to 45% in the mature stage of 30-39 and then this figure had gradually peaked up to 45% over the age of 49 stage.
