The given pie charts illustrate the rate of students in an university level at united kingdom who might speak others languages beside English language in 2000 and 2010.
In general, it can be seen that, in 2000, the highest percentage for students in UK who can talk other languages was to Spanish language. Whist, in 2010, the lowest proportion for students in England who can speak other languages was German, and French languages. Similarity, for students who could not speak any language rather than English.
To begin with, 2000 year, it can be observed that, the Spanish language was occupied first language by 30% for British students who could contact with other languages. While 20% of those student could not speak any language. In addition, the rate of students who talked German language was 10%. Moreover, For French and another language, the per cent was 15%. Finally, there were some students spoke two languages (10%).
Turning to 2010 year, it can be witnessed that, the rate of Spanish language increased by 5% for students who could speak it if compared with 2000. Whereas, the rate of German language still the same proportion in 2000 and stood on 10%. In 2010, the rate of learning French language decreased to 10% which is less than the rate in 2000.
