Afterwards, flows of water controlled by a dam which opens by day and closes at night makes the turbines spinning and activating a generator. Meanwhile, water keeps going to a pool with low level. Via a variety of power lines, a significant electricity is provided to national grid.</p><p style="white-space: normal;">At the end of the process, during night time, water is pumped into a high-level reservoir from a low one by reversible turbines. It flows backs through the same tunnel in the day time.</p>
