Overall, it is evident that it takes eight stages in order to produce noodles. Additionally, the main ingredients, required during this process, are flour, water and oil.
To begin with, the track that contains flour sends it into the storage silos, from where the flour travels directly to the mixer. In this stage, besides flour, water and oil are also added in order to be mixed. The resulting mixture, which is a dough, passes then through the rollers so as to become dough sheets. According to the fourth step, these dough sheets are sliced into dough strips before being shaped into noodles discs.
After the noodles are formed, they are cooked in oil and then dried. Next, the resulting noodles are put into cups, and the vegetable and spices are added during the seventh stage. Finally, the last process includes labelling and sealing the cups containing cooked noodles.
