The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
The diagram illustrates different stages in the process of manufacturing instant noodles.
Overall, we can see that, the diagram has eight stages and commence from the storage silos to labelling and sealing.
At the beginning of the process, flour is poured into the storage silos. Then, the flour is put into a mixer and water and oil are added. After that, in the third stage, dough goes through the rollers to make dough sheets and in the fourth stage dough strips are made.
At the fifth step shown on the diagram, noodles discs are submerged in the boiling oil to be cooked and dried. Next, last stages involve loading noodles discs in the cups and transportation of them in the section with extra spIces to add. Then, the noodles are satured with different taste buds such as vegetables and spices. In the final stage, the manufactured products are labeled and sealed in order to avoid penetration of abroad substances during delivery to sell points.
