The following diagram illustrates manufacturing of instant noodles in a factory line.
Overall, the whole process has eight steps, starting from flour in storage silos to be packed into cups as instant noodles at the end. In the factory line, along with flour various other ingredients are added in each step of the way.
Firstly, Flour is taken to storage silos through trucks, from there it reaches the mixer. In the mixer, water and oil is added to the flour and mixed well, now dough is formed, then it is moved to dough sheets via rollers. Next the dough is stripped in linear slices, and in the fifth stage of the process, noodles are cut into discs shape, where they will be introduced into cooking oil and later dried.
The conveyer belt moves further ahead, where dried noodles along with vegetables and spices go into the cups. Labelling and sealing happens at the end of the process.
