The given diagram illustrates the life process of frogs.
Overall, it can be seen that there are 7 different steps in the life cycle of frogs. The process starts from the mating of adult frogs and ends in the maturation of tadpoles.
Firstly, the cycle begins from the mating of two adult frogs. After mating the female frog lay large number of eggs in the water, which are known as frog spawns. In the next stage, the frog spawns hatches and small tadpoles emerge from it. Overtime, these tadpoles grow bigger and starts to form their limbs.
In the following stage, the tadpoles are transformed into young frogs. During this stage the young frogs develop front and hind legs, and their tail is shortened. After spending some time in the water the young frogs acquire maturation, during this time the tail dissappear from their body. Finally, the mature frogs venture out to the land and the process is repeated.
