Overall, it can be seen that this process involves seven steps which begin from harvesting and ends at drying and cooling sugar.
To commence with, the first step of making the sugar is that grow sugarcane and the period of sugarcane is around 12- 18 months. Next stage is harvesting which involves two method. One method of sugar cane harvesting is done by tractor and other method is by hand. Third step is crushing in which sugar cane puts into the crusher which come out in the form of juice.
Following this, sugarcane juice go for purify test with the help of limestone filter. On fifth step, juice put into the heating jar for heating by which juice evaporate and become syrup. After that, centrifuge stage start which is use to separate sugar crystal from syrup. At last stage, sugar is being cooled and dried.
