The diagram provided explains step-by-step the way in which pots are made from ceramic.
Overall, there are ten steps in the production of ceramic pots commencing with raw materials collection and ending with colour firing.
At the first stage of the ceramic pots production process, raw materials are collected from under ground by crane and then are delivered to the factory. At the following stage, a cylinder machine crushes raw materials until those become pieces. Then the pieces are mixed with water and the resulting mixed is poured into moulds having a pre-formed shape of a pot.
After the mixed is dried in 4-6 hours, it is put into a special machine. When pots are put into oven at 1000C, clay pots are sturdier. Clays pots continous to be put into oven after it is coloured. Then pots are finished, ready to be sold.
