The report aims to provide information about cement production progress along with the process used for manufacturing concrete for construction, the proper amount of ingredients is mentioned within the diagram.
Overall, the process is separated into two main stages which are cement-making and concrete production. Every stage is introduced with the necessary ingredients.
For the first procedure, depicting how to manufacture cement, cement is produced and packed. Firstly, initiating ingredients, limestone and clay, are powdered and mixed in a steel mixer. The mixture is then heated inside the rotating rod. After heated, it is put and spread for grinder, and lastly, the cement is sealed in a transport-safe packaging.
Moving on to the second figure, describing each stage and equipment for concrete production, cement, stones and other compositions are blended into construction concrete. The needed compounds are mixed with the proper proportion, 10% of water, 15% of cement, 25% of sands and the rest for building gravel.
