The flow chart provides the information about the process for manufacturing of cocoa beans.
Overall, the process is divided into three different stages which are further classified into other steps.
In the first stage, whole pears are picked from cocoa tree, after that its outer shells are removed and they are dried for next stage. Stage 2 consist of many steps.Firstly, the dried beans are pressed and further they are pressed to make cocoa cake. On the other hand of stage, after pressing, the beans are further refining to make industrial chocolate in which sugar is added.
In stage 3, the cocoa cake is grinder to make cocoa powder and cocoa liquid. The cocoa powder is sent to consumers and cocoa liquid is sent to industry to make cakes and drinks. On the other hand of stage 3, the industrial chocolate sent to final process, after finished chocolate produce and finally chocolate consumed by consumers
