The diagram shows the steps required to produce bricks for construction purposes.
Overall, there are seven stages in the process starting with the digging of clay and ending with these bricks are being delivered.
At first, layers of clay are dug by a digger, before they are gathered together in a metal grid. The roller further rolls it into a bungle. Then the material either is mixed with a mixture of sand and water and divided into equal pieces using a wire cutter. Another easier method is through casting with help from a molder.
In the next stage, the clays are taken to a drying oven where they must be settled for 24-48 hours. When the drying is done, they are further heated in the kilns that have two various temperature, a moderate 200-980 celsius and 870-1300 celsius located at the right and center respectively, Afterwards, they enter the cooling chamber , where the bricks settle down and the time ranges from 48-72 hours. In the final step of the process, the bricks are packaged before it is ready for delivery.
