The diagram shows the process of making soft cheese.

The illustration depicts how soft cheese is produced.

Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that the production undergoes five stages to turn water and milk into cheese.

First, water and milk were poured into a mixer to make a compound. When the process finished, the mixture continues to go through the second section to be cooled down at a temperature of 5°C for 2 hours. For an extra ingredient, the maker put some salt, and the liquid experiences the following process. After that, it is kept in a machine to ferment while this compound is being heated at 35°C for another 2 hours. It can be seen that the liquid is being thicken in this stage.

Subsequently, an evaporated container cooks the liquid at 100°C for 8 hours and the vapor is exhausted from the liquid, makes the state of this compound thicker than the previous state. Next, an amount of wastewater is released outside of the mixture. Finally, the cooler makes it lower its heat after being kept at 5°C for 16 hours and the strainer is filled by soft cheese. When the mixture reached the required state, it is read to be used.
