The illustration vividly depicts how a company recruit people for its need. The process includes 7 to 9 stages with dissimilar likelihoods, which initiates with specifying requirements and ends in selecting appropriate candidates.
At the beginning of the process, the firm has to specify and identify its demands exactly. Then, they are transformed to announcements to be placed in the newspaper with the purpose of being seen by applicants. Application forms are then asked by jobseekers to become completed and returned to the firm.
By the end of initial stages with opening and assessing sent letters, two phenomenons are possible to happen for applicant. Applicants who are rejected or invented for a job interview by the company. Rejected are sent a refutation letter. In this later phase, interview, job seekers are either refused and sent a rejection letter or accepted successful and offered the job by the institution finally.
