The chart illustrates the licensing procedure for drivers.

it can be seen that the process consist of many steps and it seem that those steps are not easy to pass.

Firstly, the one who wants to get a driver license must go to the license center, and fill in the forms. Then an eyesight test will be taken place to make sure the capability of sight when driving. if pass, candidate pays fee to take a written exam. if not, it means the candidate fails, and there is no license.

After taken the written exam, the driver will continue to do the road exam, if he or she pass the written one. passing the road exam, driver will be licensed, if not, driver has to pay fees and restart the exams.

if the candidates failed the written exam at first, they can retake it the second time, and even the third time without paying fees. if they pass during the second written test, they will go straight for the road exam. it also the same if they pass at the third time retake the written test. However, if candidates failed the third written test, they will have to pays fees and restart the exams.
