The flowchart depicts the procedure of the Work Experience Requirement for university students. Overall, there are six steps involved in the process, beginning with choosing a potential workplace and ending with the output is a final report.

To begin, students will have to choose a working place of interest from an approved list, arrange interviews and submit the applications. If the letter is accepted, it will be delivered to a professor. Then, at the approval step, the professor will review and approve if the acceptance letter is suitable. Next, a schedule can be set up if the expert accepts. In detail, working a minimum of 10 hours per week and over 20 weeks.

In the following stages, in probation times, individual student will have to complete a weekly report to the professor every Friday. After that, during the last working week, the supervisor will work with participants in a meeting to discuss regarding the productivity of student. The supervisor is responsible for submitting the evaluation form. Finally, the process ends with the step submitting the report before last week of spring term if pupil passed all steps.
