The line graph proves the differences in shifts in the birth rates of China and the USA over a period of 80 years.
On the whole, the percentage of children born per year in both nations went up and down alternatively at the outset. Afterward, the figure for infants given birth in percentage terms in both China and the USA seems not to compete with each other.
Initially, in 1920, China recorded birth rates of roughly 10 percent when the USA’s data appeared to be slightly higher than that of China. 10 years later, China overtook its opponent and reached 15 percent in 1935 while the percentage of the related theme in America remained stable. In the next 10 years, both countries showed a dramatic decline, and then suddenly, commenced to surge to the peak of 20 percent for China and 15 percent for America.
After 1950, the data provided of these two powerhouses witnessed the longest decrease in history, specifically for approximately 50 years. Eventually, in 2000, both reached the lowest part between 7 and 2 percent or so, which demonstrated that the USA surpassed China in terms of the number of kids delivered.
